As I work almost every day, I don't have a lot of leisure time. But when I have free time, I can spend it either in active way or in passive way. It depends upon my mood and my physical state. If I'm tired for the active rest, I choose passive rest. It consists of reading some interesting books. During reading such book I can relax and forget about all troubles and difficulties which exist in everyday life. As for active spending of leisure time, it consists of practicing fitness. I do it three times a week. I enjoy classes at fitness club, because after them I feel a lot of energy in my organism and I feel that I can move mountains.
