How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, support, and continually improve our Services.
To provide and maintain our platform, we use your information to create and verify accounts, support user interactions, deliver features, personalize your experience, and assist you when you contact customer support. Your information also allows us to communicate with you—whether to send important service-related notices, inform you about updates to our features or policies, or respond to your questions and feedback.
We also rely on certain information to keep our platform safe. This includes monitoring for fraudulent or unauthorized activity, addressing behavior that may compromise the safety of users or the integrity of the Services, and enforcing our Terms and other platform rules. Protecting our users, our systems, and our business operations is an essential part of how we use data.
To make UADreams better over time, we analyze how users access and interact with the Services. This helps us understand performance, identify areas for improvement, test new features, and make informed decisions about the development of our platform. When possible, this type of analysis uses aggregated or anonymized data.
From time to time, and only in line with your communication preferences, we may use your contact details to share updates about new features, special offers, service announcements, or other information that may be of interest. You can opt out of these communications at any time, and this will not affect your ability to use the core Services.
When We Share Your Information
UADreams does not sell or trade personal information. We share information only in limited and carefully controlled situations that are necessary for operating our Services, ensuring security, or fulfilling legitimate business needs.
We may share your information with trusted service providers that help us deliver and support our platform. These may include organizations involved in processing payments, maintaining technical infrastructure, providing customer assistance, enhancing security, detecting fraudulent or unauthorized activities, or supporting analytics. Such partners may handle your information only as instructed by UADreams and solely for the purposes for which the data was provided.
We may also disclose information when required to comply with lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities, court orders, or to protect our rights, the safety of users, or the security of our systems. This may include cooperating with law enforcement when necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or other harmful conduct.
In the event of a business transition—such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets—your information may be transferred to the successor organization as part of the continuity of service. Any such entity will be expected to honor the commitments outlined in this Policy.
In all cases, we require any third party that receives your information to implement appropriate safeguards and to use the data only for the intended and authorized purposes.
Where We Store and Protect Your Data
We store the information you provide on secure systems designed to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All data transmitted between you and our Services is encrypted using SSL or comparable industry-standard technologies. Once your information is received, we apply strict security procedures and protective measures to maintain its integrity and confidentiality.
While we take significant steps to safeguard your data, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure. We continuously work to enhance our security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all possible threats.
If you use a password to access any part of our Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. To help keep your data secure, you should not share your password with anyone and should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Data Deletion Instructions
UADreams uses a unified company-wide process for handling account closure and personal data deletion requests. These instructions apply to every user of our Services, regardless of country of residence or the platform used to access the application, including users who log in through Facebook Login. This standardized procedure is part of our internal privacy practices, allowing any user to request the removal of their account and associated personal data.
This section explains how any user—regardless of country of residence—can request the deletion of their personal data and what happens to it afterward.
1. How to Request Personal Data Deletion
Method 1: Send an email to DPO@uadreams.com
Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”. Your email should include:
- your name or any account-related identifying information;
- a clear statement that you want all personal data associated with your use of the service to be deleted.
Method 2: Submit a request through our Support Service Use the support form at: form
Your request should include:
- your name or any account-related identifying information;
- a clear statement that you want all personal data associated with your use of the service to be deleted.
Once we receive your email / After submitting the form, our support team will contact you to confirm that your request has been received and, if necessary, to obtain any additional information, after which the process of deleting your personal data will begin.
2. How UADreams processes data deletion requests
Once we receive your request, the following standardized procedure applies uniformly to all users worldwide.
• Identity Verification:
We may request additional information, if necessary, to verify that you are the account holder. • Initiation of the Deletion Process:
After verification, we initiate the deletion of all Personal Data stored in our systems, databases, logs, and backups (except for data we are legally required to retain, as described in the “Information we may retain after deletion” section). Deletion Timeline:
We complete the deletion process within 30 days of receiving your request.
Confirmation of Completion:
Once your Personal Data is deleted, we send a final confirmation email notifying you that:
- your account has been permanently deleted;
- all Personal Data associated with the account has been removed from our active systems.
3. Facebook Login Data Deletion
If you logged into UADreams using Facebook Login, there are two steps to delete your data fully:
Step 1 - Remove the App from Facebook
Facebook users can remove the UADreams app and delete the information shared with Facebook through the following steps:
- Open Facebook
- Go to Settings & Privacy - Settings
- Select Apps and Websites
- Find UADreams
- Click Remove
This removes Facebook’s record of your interaction with the UADreams app.
Step 2 - Request Deletion of Data Stored by UADreams
Removing the app from Facebook does not delete the data stored by UADreams.
To delete all Personal Data stored by us, you must submit a deletion request using Method 1 (email) or Method 2 (online support form) described above. Your request will be processed according to our standard global Data Deletion Procedure.
4. Outcome of Your Deletion Request
Once your deletion request has been processed:
- Your account will be permanently deleted and can’t be restored
- Any information that must be retained for compliance, security, or fraud-prevention purposes is stored separately and securely, and is deleted in accordance with our internal data-retention practices (see the Information We May Retain After Deletion section).
5. How to Request Account Closure
Account closure is different from Data deletion. Closing your account is a temporary and reversible action: your profile is deactivated and becomes invisible to other users, but your account data remains stored so that you can restore your account or later request permanent deletion. You can close your account at any time by submitting a request through our support service: form
After closure:
- your account will no longer be visible to other users;
- you may restore it within 3 years using your valid login and password;
- after 3 years, your account and all associated data will be automatically deleted, except for the categories of data specified in the “Information We May Retain After Deletion” section of this Policy.
Information We May Retain After Deletion
After your Personal Data is deleted, UADreams may retain a limited amount of information only where such retention is necessary for security, fraud-prevention, operational continuity, or other compliance-related purposes. This applies equally to all users worldwide.
UADreams may retain the following categories of information:
- Financial, accounting, and transaction records required to support internal bookkeeping processes, audits, prevention of fraudulent activity, and related operational needs.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and system-integrity logs, including logs needed to detect, investigate, or prevent unauthorized access, misuse of the service, or violations of our Terms.
- Operational or customer-service records required to process previous support interactions, ensure continuity of service operations, or maintain accurate internal records.
- Information necessary to resolve ongoing or potential disputes, claims, or requests from authorized entities, or to enforce our contractual rights.
All retained information:
- is strictly access-controlled and stored in secure environments;
- is never used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or personalization purposes;
- is kept only for the minimum period required to fulfill the specific operational purpose for which it is retained;
- is permanently deleted once the applicable retention period expires.
This limited retention does not affect your right to request deletion of your Personal Data, and all non-essential information is permanently removed as part of our deletion process.
Additional Data Processing and Retention Details
Deleting or modifying your data does not affect information already sent to other users or data shared with payment systems or other third parties as described in this Policy.
After account closure, we may continue to send non-marketing administrative messages until your data is permanently deleted.
Accounts that remain inactive for 10 years, along with all associated personal information, will be automatically removed.
We may also anonymize your personal data for research, statistical, or other purposes. Once anonymized, this information can be used indefinitely, as it can no longer be linked to you.
Privacy Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will publish the updated version on this page, and the revisions become effective once posted.
By continuing to use our Services after the updated Policy is published, you acknowledge and accept the revised terms. We encourage all users—regardless of their country of residence—to review this Policy regularly to stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
