Sometimes I devote time to myself - I read books, watch films or do my favourite hobbies. I like it when every day brings new impressions and opportunities for development.

In my free time, I try to fill my life with pleasant moments. What I like most is going to the sea - listening to the sound of the waves, feeling the warm sand under my feet and just relaxing. This is my way of finding peace and inspiration.

I also often spend time with friends. We can go to a cafe together, take a walk around the city in the evening or arrange small home gatherings with conversations until the night. I really appreciate sincere moments with loved ones.

I also like going to the cinema - for me it is a real ritual. I choose interesting films, buy popcorn and immerse myself in the world of stories on the big screen.

And for the soul and body, I do stretching. This not only improves my physical shape but also helps me feel more confident and harmonious.
