My typical day
The day begins with coffee - this is my ritual. Then work - I am a lawyer, the profession requires logic, attentiveness and responsibility. After work, I find time for sports or yoga, sometimes for a horse ride. I spend the evenings with my son, paying attention to his development and our warm moments. I love delicious food, especially Italian cuisine, and a glass of good wine at the end of the week. I try to fill every morning and evening with meaning and beauty.
What I do in my leisure time?
I try to spend my free time actively and with pleasure. I especially love horse riding - it gives a feeling of freedom and inner balance. I regularly go to the gym, do yoga, and in winter, ski. Sports help me stay in shape and maintain a balance between mental and physical activity. Travelling is also an important part of my life - it inspires and opens up new horizons. At such moments, I feel truly alive and fulfilled.
About my family
My parents live together, they are 65 years old. They are my example of love and respect, having gone through a lot together. I live separately, I build my life independently, but family values are very important to me. I have a son, Mark, who is 7 years old. He fills my life with meaning and light. I try to raise him with love, attention and respect for his personality.
