The type of man that I desire

I am drawn to a man who carries strength and warmth in equal measure. Tall and athletic, confident yet gentle, someone who believes in faith and values family. I imagine a partner who knows how to laugh, enjoy life, and share small, meaningful moments.

For me, connection is everything. I want someone who can inspire me, challenge me, and build a future together filled with trust, respect, and passion. A man who dreams, loves deeply, and is ready to walk side by side with me in all of life’s adventures.

I laugh easily, dream big, and believe life is best shared with someone who can enjoy both quiet moments and spontaneous adventures.

About my family

Family means everything to me. I have a wonderful daughter, Varvara, who is the brightest part of my life, and being her mom fills me with joy every day. I cherish the moments we share, from little adventures to quiet evenings together.

I come from a loving and supportive background, and I hope to build a family of my own one day.. a home filled with warmth, laughter, and trust. Family is the heart of life for me, and I dream of sharing that same love and closeness with a partner who values it as much as I do.

My typical day

My days are a balance of energy, focus, and little joys. I often start early with a workout or a walk, feeling the fresh air awaken my mind. Then I dive into my work - coaching, gym time,  photography, and connecting with people in ways that inspire them and me.

In the afternoons, if they are free, I love spending time outdoors or enjoying a good book, and in the evenings, I relax with a quiet moment, maybe planning a future trip or simply reflecting on the day. Every day is a mix of purpose, passion, and small pleasures, and I hope to share these moments with someone who values life’s beauty as much as I do.

What I do in my leisure time?

In my free time, I like to balance movement with quiet moments. I enjoy playing tennis or a round of golf, feeling the energy of the game and the fresh air. At other times, you will find me with a book in my hands, lost in a good story, or taking long walks where I can let my thoughts breathe.

Travelling is also one of my greatest joys! I love discovering new places, their flavours, their culture, and the feeling of being inspired by the world. Whether it is a walk through a park, a coffee in a cosy cafe, or exploring a new city, I try to fill my leisure time with experiences that bring me joy and meaning.

My future goals are

I dream of building a happy, loving family with a man who shares my values and passions. I want to grow together, support each other, and create a life full of laughter, adventure, and meaningful moments.

Professionally, I aim to continue helping women and men discover their strength and confidence through instructing in fitness and at the gym, shaping not just their bodies but changing their lives. One of my other hobbies is coaching women in self-development and finding their true purpose in life.
